Three superb lodges next to Grafham Water. Ideal location for fishing, water sports, cycling, birdwatching and walking, within 5 minutes walk from the water, on a farm with its own network of bridleways which is on the National Cycle Way and has ample parking.

Each lodge has a fully equipped kitchen/Dining/Sitting Room offering comfort for either self catering or b&b guests. Each lodge sleeps 4. The 3 lodges share a communal room with washing machine, drying facilities, sink, freezer and storage, perfect for sportsmen and their equipment.

Each twin bedded room has an en-suite shower room and its own television and hairdryer. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Sorry no dogs or smoking in the rooms.

Offering choice of Bed & Breakfast or Self Catering

Full English Breakfast is served in the Dining Hall of the Old Farmhouse between
7.30-9.00am Monday-Friday
8.00-9.30am Saturday and Sunday
